About Dough Re Mi
Dough Re Mi is a family-owned Middle Eastern bakery and café opening on Montreal Road in Ottawa. We serve specialty coffee with a Middle Eastern touch alongside fresh manakeesh, croissants, French pastries, and Lebanese favourites like knafeh, kaak, and sfoof. Our space has a calm, boho feel with warm neutrals and lots of green. It's built to be a comfortable spot for studying, work meetings, or a relaxed outing any time of day. We're a family business growing beyond the family, and we hire for warmth, reliability, and real connection with the people we serve. Baristas report to Rami, our Front-of-House Manager.
