We are seeking a passionate and engaging Music Instructor (Piano/Guitar/Violin/Vocals) to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging music lessons in a positive and inclusive classroom environment, tailored to students’ ages and skill levels
- Prepare lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods and musical activities
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Coach students to prepare for musical performances, recitals, or group activities
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching music, preferably with children or in early childhood education settings
- Strong knowledge of musical instruments, theory, and performance techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children, demonstrating patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability
- Classroom experience is preferred; familiarity with early childhood education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for engaging students and collaborating with parents or guardians
- Creative mindset with the ability to design fun and educational activities that promote musical development
- Prior experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings is desirable
- A passion for music education and inspiring young learners
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
