Injection Mold Designer / Injection Mould Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a 3D CAD Designer (Junior or Senior) to join our growing engineering team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in plastic injection mold design who are proficient in Unigraphics NX or SolidWorks.
You will be responsible for reviewing customer designs, preparing manufacturing-ready drawings, supporting product development, and coordinating with production to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Review customer CAD files and prepare them for manufacturing.
Create and maintain detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings.
Design and detail plastic injection molds and related components.
Release and manage production files for the manufacturing team.
Order materials required for assigned projects.
Assist the department manager with scheduling and workflow coordination.
Support product development and design improvements.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are production-ready.
Maintain accurate engineering documentation and revisions.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 3D CAD design or detailing.
Experience with plastic injection mold design or die design is required.
Proficiency in Unigraphics NX or SolidWorks.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Fluent English communication skills.
