Building Maintenance worker needed for Townhome complex 4 days/week.
Will be working with work orders system (maintenance requests) and reporting to site manager.
Must have experience and basic tools for small plumbing, small electrical, drywall patch, painting, handyman work and repairs.
Candidate must have clean record.
Pay: $23.00-$24.50 per hour
