PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
● Assist in food inventory and control
● Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
● Handling cash and initiating end of day cash procedures
● Handling high volume of phone calls
● Speaking to customers and in a friendly manner
● Communicating with others to facilitate an efficient service
● Bringing a positive, cooperative and inquisitive attitude to the team!
● Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required Qualifications
● 1 year experience in a Pizza restaurant is a REQUIREMENT
● Phone experience an asset
● Experience in customer service and/or hospitality is an REQUIREMENT
● Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
● Able to stand for entirety of the shift
● Personable and genuine care for customer satisfaction
