Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their home-appliance needs, providing product recommendations, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable home appliances based on their requirements and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and other required documentation accurately.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate product and customer information in company systems.
- Keep the showroom and product displays organized and presentable.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic after-sales support professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer-service and relationship-building abilities.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
