Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis, with after-school and/or weekend hours. This role offers the flexibility of working from home and in the community, with access to ongoing mentorship, leadership support, and encouragement.

Responsibilities
- Provide client- and family-centered occupational therapy services in home, community, and virtual settings.
- Support children and families with skill/knowledge development, sensory processing, self-regulation, daily living, and participation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, PTs, behavior consultants, psychologists, and developmental aides.
- Document services in compliance with professional and organizational standards given clinical software.
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.
- Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
- Experience supporting children and families, ideally in community-based settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to affirming, inclusive, and family-centered practice.
