Overview & Responsibilities
We currently have an position for a Funeral Services Counsellor
The Funeral Director Counsellor will set-up and assist with viewings, funeral services, memorial services, etc.
- Greets and receives client families and/or other persons entering the office for information and assistance
- Meet with families in order to arrange funerals for their loved ones
- Maintains a friendly attitude while offering assistance and guidance to all persons entering the location
- Performs a variety of tasks during funerals and ensures that services run smoothly as planned
Requirements & Qualifications / Exigences et qualifications
Applicants must have a flexible schedule, professional appearance, good attitude, and be a team player. Good written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills a must.
- Attention to detail
- Must be bilingual-Italian an asset
- Self-starter and team player
- Compassionate and empathy towards others
- Ability to lift 75lbs+
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From $36,500.00 per year
