I am a small business owner of Purrlash Studio, looking for a skilled and costumer focused lash technician to join my team. The ideal candidate is passionate about eyelash extensions, both lash and brow lifts and tints and providing exeptional client experiences. you will be responsibly and safely applying eyelash extensions while maintaining hygiene and customer service standards.
If you do not have much experience yet you are passionate about the job, I will do my best to train and support you, mentor you through the process until you feel comfortable with your skills and working with clients. My goal is to create a safe and positive space for you to grow and perfect your skills while gaining hands on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions
- Conduct client consultations to determine desired lash styles and suitability
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
- Perform lash fills, removals, and touch-ups
- Manage appointment schedules and client records
- Recommend appropriate retail products and services
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lash Technician or similar beauty role preferre. will train if you are new or have little experience.
- Certification or training in eyelash extension application
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple lash techniques and styles
- Beauty industry or salon experience
- Social media or client retention experience is a plus
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
