Job Overview
Operates building systems and performs skilled and complex maintenance to the physical plant systems such as HVAC, fire alarms, building automation, boilers, water treatment and centre equipment. Provides work direction and training to Maintenance Worker II. Assists tradespersons and performs other related duties. On call required on maintenance roster. Manages building in absence of Manager.
Qualifications
High School Diploma. A valid 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate of competency is required. Successful completion of related building trade course(s) is preferred.

Pay: $28.65-$33.64 per hour
