As a Barber, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Engage with clients in a friendly manner to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages repeat business and builds lasting relationships with clients.
