We are expanding our Window Coverings Division and are looking for a driven, customer-focused sales professional to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Window Covering Specialist who thrives in a consultative sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, has an eye for design, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will guide clients through the selection, design, and purchase of custom blinds and window treatment solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and/or showroom consultations with clients
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored window covering solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Coordinate measurements and work closely with installation teams
- Manage the sales cycle from initial consultation to final installation handoff
- Maintain strong product knowledge across blinds, shades, and specialty window coverings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks
- Support Business Furnishings’ reputation for service excellence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales (interior design, construction, home improvement, or B2B sales an asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential
- Detail-oriented with an interest in design and functional space planning
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (email, quoting tools, CRM systems)
