Panda Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for a reliable and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team.
This position is best suited for someone who understands that building a stable client base takes time, can maintain consistent weekly availability, welcomes constructive feedback, and is interested in growing with the clinic long term.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage treatments based on each client’s needs
- Review health histories and complete appropriate assessments
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Recommend suitable follow-up care and treatment plans
- Deliver excellent client service in a professional and welcoming manner
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly supplied
- Follow clinic procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing
- Strong treatment, communication, and customer-service skills
- Professional, dependable, and open to feedback
- Able to consistently work Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
- Comfortable gradually developing and retaining a client base
- Experience with lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping, hot stone, or other specialty treatments is an asset

Pay: $48.00-$70.00 per hour

- Building a stable client base at a new clinic takes time. How much time are you realistically willing to give yourself to develop your client base, and how would you approach the first few months if bookings are slower at the beginning?
- If you commit to certain weekly availability, how consistently are you able to keep those days open? Please explain how you usually manage schedule changes, time-off requests, or personal commitments.
- Once your client base is developed, what would be your ideal or realistic number of massage appointments per working day? Please also share whether you are comfortable with gradual growth rather than being fully booked immediately.
- Client feedback is an important part of maintaining service quality. How do you usually respond when you receive constructive feedback from a client, clinic manager, or team member?
- This position requires consistent availability on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Are you able to commit to these three days on an ongoing basis? Please describe any known limitations or recurring conflicts.
Experience:
Licence/Certification:
- 2200 hours or Above RMT education or equivalent (required)
- Massage Association Registration and in Good Standing (required)
- Business License from City of Calgary (required)
