Airswift is seeking a Directional Drilling to work on a contract basis with a client in Calgary, Alberta.
Role Purpose
Responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product & Service Delivery) to customers while ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and HSE compliance during service delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute service delivery activities safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and manage operational risks during service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements through:
- CAT implementation
- Self-assessments
- Wellsite inspections
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and drive performance improvements through action plans.
- Support HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality programs.
- Consistently wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain all required safety certifications and training.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience in service delivery, field operations, or oilfield/well construction-related environments.
- Strong commitment to HSE and operational compliance.
- Ability to perform field-based work and travel regularly to customer locations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must own or have access to a 4x4 truck/vehicle for travel to field locations (critical requirement).
