What We’re Looking For
As a Line Cook at The Breeze, you are a crucial member of our culinary team, responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of all menu items. This role goes beyond food preparation and requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can maintain a high standard of quality. You will play a key role in ensuring our business consistently delivers exceptional food products and will collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to guarantee seamless service from the kitchen to the guest's table.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a full-service restaurant

Experience in a new restaurant opening is considered an asset

A culinary degree or diploma is considered an asset but not required

Food Safety Course and W.H.M.I.S.

Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 40+lbs, must be able to stoop and bend

Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions

Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
