Flooring Sales Consultant (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

Aspen Wood Floors has proudly served homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers throughout the Greater Toronto Area since 1995. As a trusted retailer and installer of hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and engineered flooring, we are known for quality products, professional service, and expert advice.
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Flooring Sales Consultant to join our growing team in a part-time position with the potential to become full-time.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in our showroom with flooring and renovation product selections
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales orders
- Develop a strong understanding of our flooring products and installation services
- Follow up on sales opportunities and customer leads
- Work closely with customers to help them find the best solution for their project
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion
What We're Looking For
- Previous flooring sales experience is preferred
- Related sales experience in home improvement, building materials, kitchens, renovations, or interior design will also be considered
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable learning technical product information
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- 3–4 days per week
- Must be available Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Additional hours available during busy periods
