Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and problem resolution
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records accurately
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required; strong communication skills in both languages essential
- Experience with data entry, analysis, and CRM systems is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle sales or upselling opportunities effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data management
