Sales & Estimation - Sales Operations Accounts Coordinator
Job Description: This position works with both internal divisions and external accounts to provide insulation services to customers under GNI Management Group. As a back-office function, working with stakeholders to meet account objectives and timelines for delivery and/or submission of required documentation and reporting. This position is also responsible for synching functionality between Salesforce CPQ and SAP creating work breakdown structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Big Box Stores
- Point of contact within GNI for account generated leads and processes including the payment processing, service calls, PO upload and day to day coordination of duties.
- Working with internal teams to move projects forward in a timely fashion and ensuring all required sign offs are received and submitted to the account
- Working with the account and internal teams to address complaints and warranty visits to obtain all site documentation, creating additional quotes as needed and bringing the file to resolution.
- Other duties as required
Salesforce CPQ and SAP Sync:
- Responsible for auditing compliance company wide of CPQ quote format for SAP and work order creation/synching.
- Maintain SOPs for syncing by working directly with Sales Consultants and Branch level leaders
- Report on synch processes and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
General Sales Operations:
- Support Sales Operations Coordinator functions as required based on volume.
- Other duties as assigned.
