Job title: Restaurant Sales Rep (Commission-Only) GTA & Orangeville
Location: Field/hybrid across the Greater Toronto Area & Orangeville, ON. Local, with a vehicle, preferred.

Compensation: Commission-only $100–$150 for every restaurant you sign. You set your own schedule and your own income ceiling.

DAVA SOLUTIONS gives restaurants an phone assistant that answers every single call instantly, after hours, on weekends, and during the dinner rush. It books reservations, takes takeout and pickup orders, answers common questions (hours, location, menu, allergens, parking), handles multiple calls at once with no busy signal, sends booking confirmations and reminders, asks happy guests for Google reviews, and remembers repeat callers. The perfect employee that never misses a call and never calls in sick. We’re local to the GTA & Orangeville and focused entirely on restaurants.
What you’ll do
- Prospect restaurants across the GTA & Orangeville — cold calls, in-person walk-ins, referrals
- Demo DAVA live and tell the simple ROI story (missed calls = lost bookings and orders)
- Sign restaurants onto the right subscription tier.
- Hand off signed accounts cleanly for onboarding
- Keep track and report daily progress
What we’re looking for
- A self-starter who’s comfortable with commission-only, uncapped earning
- Sales experience — ideally selling to restaurants or small local businesses (POS, payments, delivery apps, restaurant supply, SaaS, or similar)
- Comfortable cold-calling and walking into restaurants
- Great at quick rapport and a clear ROI pitch
- Reliable transportation; based in/near the GTA or Orangeville
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Nice to have: existing relationships with local restaurant owners
Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per day
