Overview
We are seeking a full time skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The restaurant operation hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked safely and meets food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety
- Support the team during busy service times to deliver timely meals
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
