Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and facility spaces. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial environments, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Conduct detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs or reporting maintenance issues
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Support additional maintenance activities as needed to ensure the proper functioning of facilities
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is a plus for flexible scheduling or moving between sites
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment properly
