We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in construction management, project oversight, and quality control. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Oversee construction activities and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality control and quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, inspectors, and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
- Track project progress, manage resources, and address technical or scheduling issues as they arise.
- Support specialized construction activities, including coordination of electrical and technical scopes when required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection processes, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
- Experience with electrical systems or coordination of electrical scopes is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
