We are a newly opening, spa-style massage therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, therapeutic care in a calm, elevated environment. Our space blends clinical expertise with a relaxing spa experience, offering massage therapy alongside select wellness add-ons.
Expected opening: Mid–late May 2026, at a prime Toronto location
Our vision is to build a strong, supportive team that feels like a community, where therapists enjoy coming to work, feel valued, and grow professionally together.
We are seeking both:
Experienced RMTs with their own specialties and techniques
New graduates who are passionate and eager to grow
We especially value therapists who bring additional skills such as:
- Hot Stone Therapy
- Myofascial Release
- Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
- Cupping Therapy
- Facial Massage Techniques
- Acupuncture
- Other specialized modalities
New graduates are fully welcome and training will be provided in client-favourite techniques (such as hot stone, cupping, and facial massage basics) to help you build confidence and long-term success.
What We Offer
- 60/40 split (therapist/clinic)
- 100% of tips kept by therapist
- Estimated earnings: $70–$100 per hour

As a newly opened clinic, initial promotions may apply, but we are focused on building a strong, loyal client base quickly, creating long-term earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage treatments tailored to each client
- Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and professional treatment records
- Ensure a clean, safe, and calming treatment space
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wellness and client care
