A4H Sports is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team this summer. Embedded on-site at our youth and junior summer camps across multiple locations in Brampton & Scarborough, you will be at the heart of the action, capturing authentic moments and transforming them into compelling content that resonates with our community.
Your primary focus will be producing and publishing real-time social media content across A4H Sport’s platforms, helping to foster engagement, grow our audience, and amplify the impact of our summer programming. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands what it takes to build a brand online.
Note: This position is part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program. You MUST be between the ages of 15-30, eligible to work in Canada, and have a valid SIN to apply for this role. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be able to move forward in the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities
- Capture dynamic and compelling photo/video content during camp hours across multiple Brampton locations
- Create and publish real-time social media content across A4H's platforms to foster live community engagement
- Conduct and film camper and coach testimonials, coach interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage to highlight program impact
- Produce short-form videos (30–60 seconds) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop content that aligns with campaign goals and A4H's messaging
- Deliver polished and engaging video/photo assets on deadline to support ongoing promotional campaigns
- Stay up to date on social media trends and apply best practices to maximize engagement and reach
- Monitor post-performance and adjust content strategy based on engagement insights
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital media production, and/or content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing content across social media platforms (submission required with application)
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop/Lightroom
- Experience filming testimonials, branded content, and educational programming is a strong asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality assets independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must have access to personal equipment and reliable transportation for on-site shoots across the GTA
- Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor camp environments with youth participants
Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal (July – August)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: On-Site (Alternating multiple locations in Brampton & Scarborough)
Pay Rate: $600/week for 30 hours
