Part-time / On-Call
Tristano’s Catering is hiring reliable and professional Event Servers and Bartenders to join our growing events team. We service private events, weddings, corporate functions, and in-house private bookings.
Server Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables and service stations
- Pass appetizers and assist with buffet or family-style service
- Clear plates and maintain clean service areas
- Assist guests and support the event lead as needed
- Work efficiently with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service
Bartender Responsibilities
- Set up and break down bar stations
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
- Follow all alcohol service and Smart Serve guidelines
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests
Requirements
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification required for bartenders
- Reliable transportation (events are at various locations)
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light equipment
- Dependable and team-oriented
