Company Overview:
Dash Booking Inc. is a fast-growing software company providing appointment booking, payment, marketing, POS, and business management solutions for beauty salons, spas, barbershops, and service businesses. We are looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team while helping businesses discover solutions that improve their operations and customer experience.
Position Summary:
The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales activities, supervise sales representatives, support customer acquisition efforts, and ensure the team achieves sales and service goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills in a software sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and support software sales representatives and customer-facing staff in daily activities.
- Assign sales leads, customer accounts, and follow-up tasks to team members based on priorities and workload.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support sales staff in presenting Dash Booking software solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Review sales pipelines, customer onboarding progress, conversion rates, and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports related to sales performance, targets, lead generation activities, and team productivity.
- Ensure sales activities follow company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns, escalations, and sales-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and operations teams to improve customer experience and business processes.
- Train new employees on products, sales processes, CRM tools, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years required.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, software sales, business development, or supervisory roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS, POS systems, appointment booking software, or technology sales
- Experience managing sales teams or supervising employees
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Experience working with beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industries is an asset
