We are seeking servers to join our Food & Beverage team to continue to evolve and elevate the member experience across all areas of the Club.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, servers are the frontline ambassadors of the Restaurant & Lounge. They create and maintain a fun, collaborative environment by providing exceptional personalized hospitality and outstanding experiences for our members and guests by;
· Providing a high level of service by greeting members and their guests promptly, professionally and by name whenever possible
· Provide exceptional table service in accordance with Club service standards
· Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, wine & beverage selections and features
· Assist with private events, banquets, tournaments, and club functions as required
· Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, and fellow ONE EARL team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Address member inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
Qualifications
· ProServe Certification (required)
· Previous Food & Beverage or golf course experience is helpful but not required
Schedule & Availability
· Day & evening shifts required, including on weekends
