We are currently seeking an On-Site Building Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day
operations of condominium properties located downtown Montreal. The successful candidate
will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, safety, maintenance, and overall
property improvement.
The Superintendent will be responsible for providing professional and courteous customer
service that meets the expectations of the Condominium Syndicate and unit owners. The
individual will also oversee inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance activities, monitor
building systems and equipment, and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and
well-maintained environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to unit owners, residents,
contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building systems.
- Maintain and update inspection logs and records.
- Monitor mechanical equipment and identify general maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate work performed by external contractors and service providers.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with recommendations and
applicable standards.
- Provide support to maintenance staff and various stakeholders.
- Perform all duties with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Make recommendations to improve building operations and work processes.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken) required to meet the needs of residents and
owners.
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards (an asset).
- First Aid certification (an asset).
- Previous experience as a condominium building superintendent (an asset).
