Job Description:
Using tools and paint remover solutions, remove old paint from aircraft body and spare parts
Clean, sand and scratch aircraft surfaces to prepare them for painting
Mask and outline aircraft body to paint airline logo and livery, numerals, and brand name letters
Follow safety regulations and wear protective gear during spray painting operations
* Care and custody of tooling and publications associated with the maintenance function.
* Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.
* Must display adequate knowledge and understanding to the Maintenance managers for the responsibilities associated with the position.
* Must be able to work shift work and overtime. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as, climb, kneel and crawl frequently in tight spaces.
* Must meet all conditions of employment: Restricted Area Pass issued by Transport Canada.
* Ability to obtain an AVOP.
* Post-offer employment test to test physical ability and fit for the position.
* A criminal background check.
* As per our Alcohol and Drug Policy, all offers of employment are conditional on passing a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
- auto body repair: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Red Seal license (preferred)
