Job Summary
This unique apprenticeship opportunity is designed for emerging mental health professionals, social workers, psychotherapists, and helping professionals who are interested in learning how to successfully build, operate, and grow a private practice.
The apprentice will work under the mentorship and guidance of the Founder, gaining hands-on experience in both the clinical and business aspects of private practice. This position provides exposure to business development, marketing, administration, leadership, client care, ethical practice, supervision, and entrepreneurship while operating under an established and respected brand.
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who aspire to eventually own, manage, or lead a private practice and are eager to learn the realities of running a successful healthcare business.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

Business Development Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement for your brand

Qualifications

You cannot grow a business with an employee mindset. We take all the risk and teach you how to build the private practice you dream of owning.
Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
