At Evolve Strength, we're more than a gym—we're a community. We're looking for an Evening Supervisor who enjoys leading a team, helping people, and making sure our members have an amazing experience every time they walk through our doors.
If you're someone who notices the little things, enjoys keeping things organized, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
No two evenings are exactly the same, but your main focus will be making sure the club runs smoothly and our members feel welcome.
You'll:
- Lead and support our evening team.
- Help create a friendly, positive atmosphere for members and guests.
- Handle member questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure the gym stays clean, organized, and looking its best.
- Complete regular facility walkthroughs and report maintenance issues.
- Make sure equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order.
- Assist with member check-ins, tours, and general front desk support when needed.
- Help keep supplies stocked and operations running efficiently.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed while setting a positive example for the team.

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Fitness industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to be active throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
