Job Title: Rubber Paving Labourer
Job Summary: A Rubber Paving Labourer is responsible for assisting in the installation of rubber paving materials, ensuring the job site is clean and organized, performing general labor tasks, and exchanging small tools for mixers, drills, and hand tools. The labourer will work under the supervision of a team leader, following safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Requirements:
- - High school diploma or equivalent.
- - Previous experience in rubber paving or concrete flat work.
- - Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
- - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- - Possess a valid driver's license, minimum Class 5, with a clean abstract.
- - Experience and comfort with driving a 1-ton truck while pulling and parking a trailer in tight areas.
- - Have reliable transportation to and from varying work sites and the company shop.
Working Conditions:
The Rubber Paving Laborer role is a physically demanding job that requires lifting and moving heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions. The laborer must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. The job may also require occasional travel to job sites located outside of the local area. Accommodations will be provided, and a daily meal allowance will be given during travel.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
