Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team in Ottawa.
Requirements:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Previous experience with:
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases
- In-home assessments
- Form 1 / Assessment reports
- Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage community visits
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
Duties
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments for MVA clients
- Complete detailed assessment reports and Form 1 documentation
- Collaborate with rehabilitation team members and case managers
- Provide patient-centered care and recommendations
Pay: $32.73-$58.63 per hour
Work Location: In person
