IN-EX Plastering & Stucco — a 25+ year established Manitoba company — is hiring for its exterior installation crews. We have openings for two related roles working on commercial, multi-family, institutional, and large-scale residential projects across Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, and Southeastern Saskatchewan. Based out of Niverville, MB (just south of Winnipeg) with regional travel to job sites.
We are hiring for TWO roles — apply to whichever fits you best:
1) EIFS Installer — Apply multi-layered, weather-resistant Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems: substrate prep, EPS insulation board, base/mesh coats, and acrylic/polymer finish coats.
2) Building Envelope / Siding Installer (Panel Systems) — Install air and vapour barriers, thermal clip systems (Cascadia Clip, ISO Clip), and panel/cladding systems (James Hardie, Lux, ACM, and metal).
Both roles pay $28-36/hour based on experience, plus overtime. A valid driver's licence and reliable personal transportation are mandatory.
What you bring:
- 2+ years hands-on experience in EIFS, commercial stucco, siding, cladding, or building-envelope installation
- Proficiency with trade tools and precise measurement and layout
- Ability to read construction plans, shop drawings, and manufacturer specifications
- Comfortable working safely at heights from scaffolding, staging, or aerial lifts
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong safety mindset: fall protection and site safety compliance
