Tyrannosaurus Exploration Services is seeking individuals to fill the role of Head Chef in multiple remote mineral exploration camps for the upcoming summer season.
Previous experience Head Chef is required. Responsibilities include preparing fresh, healthy, and well-balanced meals in remote camp environments. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented individuals who can provide strong leadership and mentorship to staff in larger camps, or confidently manage operations independently in smaller camps.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of menu planning and food ordering.
Shifts are approximately 3 weeks on, followed by 2 weeks off, in remote areas of BC, Yukon, and the NWT. The season will run from late May through late October, with the potential for continued winter work.
Most camps are accessed by small plane or helicopter, and travel will typically include commercial flights from larger airports. Applicants must be comfortable travelling by air and have valid personal identification required for commercial flights.
