We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience, including serving drinks promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Silverware POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Assist in setting up the bar area before shifts and cleaning up after closing
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on bartending preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements and company policies
- Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating an enjoyable guest experience
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
