THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a dynamic, hybrid role perfect for a proactive individual looking to break into the lucrative construction sales industry or an experienced field professional looking for a solid evening hustle. You will be the face of the company during peak residential hours-prospecting, interacting directly with homeowners, and delivering accurate structural estimates.
This position begins as a part-time, seasonal role targeting prime evening availability. For the right candidate, hitting clear performance benchmarks will unlock a seamless transition into a permanent, full-time, year-round career position within our growing corporation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively scout residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners to identify exterior roofing and construction replacement needs. Shifts are intentionally aligned from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM to capitalize on periods when homeowners are at their residences.
- Estimating & Inspection: Conduct preliminary on-site structural inspections and generate accurate, transparent project estimates for roofing and construction services.
- Sales & Closing: Present tailored exterior solutions to clients, professionally communicate our value proposition, and confidently finalize project contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients from the initial introduction through to the final structural project hand-off to our production crew.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Well-Spoken & Professional: Flawless verbal communication skills combined with a confident, approachable, and respectful demeanor are strictly required.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face marketing, customer service, field sales, or general construction environments is highly valued.
- Reliable Transportation: Ownership of a reliable personal vehicle is mandatory for traveling directly to residential estimate sites and active prospecting zones.
- Tech Savvy: Capability to efficiently adapt to digital estimation tools, input client records, and manage tech-driven measurement workflows.
- Self-Driven: A resilient work ethic and a verified ability to operate efficiently and independently during designated field shifts.
