Role Overview:
- The Senior Project Manager, Identity Access Management, Information Corporate Security is responsible for the end to end delivery, coordination, and governance of large, enterprise wide information security programs.
- Operating within the Security Architecture Engineering organization, this role partners closely with Architecture, Engineering, and domain leaders to ensure complex security initiatives are delivered effectively, aligned to strategic priorities, and implemented at scale.
- As a senior individual contributor, this role provides execution leadership, cross functional coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple security workstreams, while driving executive visibility, stakeholder alignment, and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Delivery Management Lead delivery of large, cross functional security programs spanning Security Architecture, Security Engineering, IAM, PAM, Security Operations, Technology Data, and Cyber Risk.
- Contributes to end-to-end delivery execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, from intake and prioritization through planning, execution, go live, and post implementation.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, and timelines across multiple workstreams and dependencies. Track and actively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required and driving resolution in partnership with accountable owners.
- Governance Oversight Establish and lead security program steering committees, ensuring clear decision points, executive alignment, and forward momentum.
