Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation and relocation of goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered safely to their destinations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate moving trucks and other vehicles to transport items to various locations.
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items while ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their moving needs and provide exceptional service throughout the process.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed, ensuring that all belongings are secured for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during moves.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete moving tasks within scheduled timelines.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus, contributing to efficient loading and unloading processes.
- Background in warehouse operations preferred, enhancing overall efficiency in handling goods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
