We are seeking an Account Executive, Sales & Partnerships to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Sales & Partnerships, this role blends account partner management, sales, and sales operations.
You will manage client relationships while working closely with one of Peloton’s key partners and their sales teams to support shared sales initiatives. The role includes participating in joint prospecting, client meetings, and sales calls, helping identify opportunities and deliver value to clients.
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in point-of-sale and / or payments solutions who enjoys building strong client relationships and working collaboratively with partners.

Manage a portfolio of client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.

Develop a cadence with Sales Management to review pipeline, identify performance improvement opportunities, plan for upcoming events, track performance versus plan

Coordinate with Peloton’s internal teams to resolve client issues and support a positive customer experience.

Identify and research potential prospects that fit Peloton’s target customer profile.

Initiate outreach to generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, and other channels.

Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in Peloton’s CRM system.

Work alongside a key strategic partner and their sales teams to support joint sales initiatives.

Participate in joint prospecting, sales calls, and client meetings.

Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Represent Peloton at regional industry events and networking opportunities.

Take primary ownership of complex and custom sales opportunities that exceed the capability of the partner’s sales teams – at the request of the partner.

Track and manage sales activities in Peloton’s CRM system.

Maintain accurate pipeline updates and support forecasting activities.

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of Peloton’s solutions.

Collaborate with Peloton’s product, operations, marketing and support teams to deliver value to clients.

Share client and partner feedback to help improve Peloton’s products and services.

Support the execution of Peloton’s go-to-market initiatives.

Direct prospecting is always encouraged and rewarded.

2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in payments, fintech, or POS solutions or equivalent.

Experience with the Clover suite of POS products and services is highly desirable.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English / French) considered an asset.

Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field considered an asset.
The annual salary range for this position is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market demand and internal equity. This position offers a competitive benefits plan, base salary of $45,000 – $65,000 plus variable compensation.
