Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Duties:
- Process orders from customers for preparing smoothies, juices and bubble tea.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and
procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
promptly
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
Skills:
- Experience in preparing fruit juice, smoothies and bubble tea.
- Proficiency in food handling, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products
- Previous experience in cashiering or operating a POS system is advantageous
