Hiring Tig/Mig Welders!!
Responsibilities
- Operate TIG/MIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines for metal shaping and cutting.
- Perform pipe threading, ductwork installation, and other mechanical tasks as required.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Engage in rigging operations for lifting heavy materials using cranes or forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in welding.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge including assembly processes, machining, soldering, and the use of various hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to projects.
- Experience with ductwork installation and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under minimal supervision.
