Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Labourer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hands‑on experience with both hardscape and softscape installations. This role is physically demanding and requires someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Installation of hardscape elements (retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, grading, bases)
- Installation of softscape elements (soil prep, sod, planting trees and shrubs, garden beds)
- Operate and assist with hand tools, power tools, and light equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Follow site plans, directions, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a crew and independently when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction (landscape construction preferred)
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Experience with skid steers, mini‑excavators, or plate compactors is an asset

Pay: $16.91-$24.00 per hour
