We're looking for 2 friendly, motivated Veterinary Assistants/Receptionists to join our fast-growing veterinary team!
Position: Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist
Type: Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy, supportive, and growing clinic. You'll help provide excellent care to our patients while creating a welcoming experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and checking patients in and out
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and client communications
- Keeping reception and clinic areas organized and clean
- Providing outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with animals and their owners
- Veterinary or reception experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate
