We are hiring a part-time delivery coordinator for an AI-powered customer retention company. This is not a traditional VA role. You will work directly with the CEO to keep client delivery running while the company scales.
What makes this role different:
- Everything we do is AI-native. You will use Claude and other AI tools daily to build client deliverables. This is not optional, it is the job.
- You will work with real client data. Accuracy matters more than speed. Getting data wrong damages client trust.

You MUST have:
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your daily work
- Comfort working with data: spreadsheets, CSVs, CRM exports, reports
- Strong written English
- Availability during North American business hours (minimum 4 hours daily overlap with CST)
Bonus if you have:
- HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Slack experience
- Background in SaaS, agencies, clinics, or coaching businesses
- Experience building prompts or automations with AI tools
