Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hot Tub Water Service Technician to join our team at Beachcomber Hot Tubs Canmore & Cochrane. This role involves maintaining and servicing hot tubs to ensure optimal water quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or commercial cleaning, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various tools and equipment. Responsibilities
- Travel to the required service area in Canmore or Cochrane and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine water testing and chemical balancing to maintain proper water quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to service and repair hot tubs as needed.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, draining, refilling, and sanitizing hot tubs.
- Assist with the installation, removal, and relocation of hot tubs at customer sites.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance and servicing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service procedures, safety instructions, and maintenance tips.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving hot tubs or related equipment safely and responsibly.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and custodial or commercial cleaning equipment.
- Strong facilities maintenance experience with knowledge of water chemistry and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manage physical tasks efficiently.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
- Experience with commercial cleaning or custodial work is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
Requirements
- Clean Class 5 Alberta Drivers License
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to travel between our service areas as required (Canmore, Cochrane & surrounding areas)

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
