We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports day-to-day office operations, including administrative duties, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well independently, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll using QuickBooks.
- Process employee onboarding paperwork and support HR-related administration.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks, payroll, and bookkeeping required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
