Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA an asset.

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

CPA designation (or equivalent).

Proven track record across accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, and business case development.

Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Strong presentation skills — comfortable speaking to executives and Boards.

Experience leading in a matrix, shared‑services environment.

Commercial acumen with experience managing contracts and agreements.

Compensation: The expected annual compensation for this position includes a base salary of $135,000 - $150,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.
