CRANE OPERATOR
BAUER Foundations Canada is looking for a Crane Operator for ongoing projects in and around the lower mainland in BC.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- The Crane Operator operates 110-ton and larger cranes to support deep foundation and ground improvement construction activities on active project sites. Duties include:
- Safely operate cranes to lift, place, and position foundation materials and equipment
- Perform pre-use inspections and routine equipment checks
- Work closely with riggers, drill crews, and supervisors to execute safe lift plans
- Follow all site safety procedures, lift plans, and hazard assessments
- Maintain clear communication with ground crew using standard signals and radios
- Support site logistics and material movement as required
PAY RANGE
The pay range for this position is $48 - $58 per hour. Wages depend on experience.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Must have BC Crane Operator – Full Scope certification (formerly called Level A)
- Qualification as a licensed Crane Operator essential, Red Seal Journeyperson preferred
- Minimum 3 years of crane operating experience, preferably in deep foundation construction or ground improvements
- Proven experience operating 110-ton or larger cranes (RT, crawler, or truck-mounted)
- Strong understanding of lift planning, load charts, and site hazards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying site and weather conditions
