Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our onsite team across multiple locations in British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing smartphones and tablets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones & tablets (iPhone, Samsung, Android devices)
- Perform screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, camera & speaker repairs
- Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
- Test devices before and after repairs to ensure quality
- Maintain repair logs and inventory of parts
- Communicate repair timelines and costs clearly to customers
- Keep the workstation clean and organized
- Follow company repair standards and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of iOS & Android devices
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior retail or repair shop experience
- Multilingual skills (an asset)
